Another church property goes on the block

Townhouses would be the easiest play, unless an upzone were sought.

It's hardly news when an in-city church, with an aging and shrinking congregation and a crumbling and unreinforced old masonry building, decides to sell. But suburban church offerings are more rare — since they tend to be out in the newer commuter suburbs that ring Seattle.
