134 Capitol Hill units will rise on Car Tender site

Demolition is underway, though not last Saturday.

Mack Real Estate Group acquired the Car Tender corner on Capitol Hill back in 2018. The master use followed last year for an eight-story 134-unit apartment project, designed by Runberg Architecture Group.
