SEATTLE — The Cameron, at 1515 N.W. 52nd St., recently went through a change of ownership.
King County recorded the sale last week of a 95% interest in the 24-unit apartment building, for a little under $10.5 million. That's about what the seller, Bowfits 1515 LLC, paid in 2019 when that Mercer Island investor acquired the property out of receivership. Bowfits evidently retains a 5% interest.
