441 Bitter Lake units nearing final form

The project will replace a car sales lot, with one small building to demolish.

There's no master use yet for the Bode Bitter Lake apartments, but Bode owns the land at 13711 Aurora Ave. N., and recently applied for a construction permit. One more round of design review seems likely for the project, for which Bode is the architect. No general contractor is attached.
