Killian sells Vancouver offices for over $21M, with more development planned

The building is fully leased to Home Depot.

A Vancouver office building, leased to Home Depot, sold last week for $21.1 million, according to Newmark. Its Nick Kucha, James Childress and Jakob Nicholls represented the seller at 4000 Columbia House Blvd. That's a three-story building with about 44,000 square feet, located east of downtown and just north of Highway 14.
