Trends, trends, trends — ULI's got 'em!
It's that time again. Our local chapter of the Urban Land Institute will host the annual Emerging Trends confab on Nov. 16. A bevy of experts will be on hand. PwC's Jeremy Lewis will present highlights from the annual trends report. JLL's Mark Katz will deliver keynote remarks. And a panel of professionals will conduct a roundtable: Mike Pace from Metlife; Danielle Duenas of Area Real Estate; Eastdil Secured's Jason Flynn; and Jackie Hizzey from MainStreetProperty Group.
