Paragon trio closes sale

Paragon Real Estate Advisors recently announced that it brokered a seven-unit apartment sale on the very north end of Queen Anne, almost in Interbay. The firm's Cathy Jeney and Ben Douglas represented the longtime family owner in the nearly $1.8 million transaction. Paragon's Nick Hemming represented the buyer, a local investor. The deal was worth about $257,143 per unit. The Emerson was developed in 1952 near West Nickerson Street, not far from Fishermen's Terminal.
