103 Eastlake units, to remain affordable, trade for $22M

Looking roughly north, the long, low complex was sold by the family that developed it in the late ’50s.

A pair of vintage Eastlake apartment buildings sold this week for just under $22 million, according to buyer Nitze-Stagen and the seller's broker, Kidder Mathews.
