Lee Johnson pours another $10M into Totem Lake

A Kirkland industrial building at 12530 135th Ave. N.E. recently sold for $10 million, according to King County records. The buyer was LMJ Enterprises LP, associated with auto dealer Lee Johnson, which is planning to renovate the building.

Lee Johnson previously acquired properties to the north and west, where a second renovation job, plus new parking and display lots, will help form a large new auto center for service and sales. Freiheit Architecture is designing the 12-acre project in Totem Lake.
