Everett VW lot sells for over $9M

EVERETT — An auto sales property at 10633 Evergreen Way has sold for $9.4 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was J & C No. 1 LLC, associated with Pignataro Volkswagen, which had owned acquired the 3-acre property for decades. It has two small buildings from 1990 and 2000.
