The site for this 91-unit project in the U District could eventually be sold out of bankruptcy proceedings.

The Seattle Times took a deep and productive dive into county and state courthouse records last month, bringing to light a half dozen investor lawsuits filed against iCap, of Bellevue, a real estate investor and developer that's now in bankruptcy.
