Still with no MUP, Kilroy Realty delays office tower for 2 years

The bank is headed toward swift demolition. The Lloyd Building (left) will be preserved. The structured parking garage (center, behind tree) will eventually be razed.

The familiar little Bank of America branch at 500 Olive Way closed in recent months. It occupies a small triangular block, shared with a pocket park, where Westlake Avenue has its downtown terminus. That's where the South Lake Union streetcar line also ends.
