197 Shoreline units assuming final form near light rail station

The city’s north station area is seeing more apartment plans, but not so many as down south at 145th.

The land sold to a local partner back in 2018, and now Trent Development is gaining momentum on a Shoreline apartment project planned at 18910 Eighth Ave. N.E. That's about two blocks north of the future Shoreline North/185th Station, which could open to light-rail service late next year.
