A rare congregate offering on Capitol Hill

Looking roughly south, Capitol Hill Station’s apartments are visible at right.

Very near the current Capitol Hill Station, long before light rail, an Eastside investor acquired an old four-plex back in 1992. The midblock structure at 207 10th Ave. E. was demolished about three years ago; then work began on a four-story congregate housing project dubbed Bloc Haus.
