Panattoni breaks ground on another building in Fred310, for tool retailer

Harbor Freight Tools will occupy Building E at Fred310.

Cushman & Wakefield is brokering the whole of the big Fred310 industrial campus near Frederickson, where several buildings are starting to sprout on the former Boeing land. Panattoni is the developer, with partner Crow Holdings.
