SeaTac site sold for $8M

SEATAC — An apartment development site at 15005 Military Road S. recently sold for a little over $7.9 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was an LLC associated with African Community Housing, backed by a $5.5 million loan from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. ACH hasn't filed any new plans.
