Unico offers rare space at Pike Place Market

Only the lower commercial space is being sold, not the residences above.

When Pike Brewing announced in October that it would shift beer production away from Pike Place Market, its flagship location since 1996, the landlord's plan for that space wasn't mentioned. A month later, Northmarq put the retail condominium property on the market, unpriced.
