Amazon sheds lease in Renton

RENTON — At a fairly new industrial building at 601 Monster Road S.W., former tenant Amazon has assigned its lease to Compass Group USA of North Carolina.

King County recorded the deal this week. The topline value of $12 million was adjusted down to about $7 million, after a large personal property deduction.
