Another design review for 33 Beacon Hill units

The site is a short walk north to the light rail station.

A second design review is likely to come next month for a Beacon Hill apartment project at 3031 Beacon Ave. S. Benny and Lydia Kim Architects is the firm designing the five-story, 33-unit proposal. A Mercer Island investor owns the midblock site, which is about a five-minute walk north to Beacon Hill Station.
