LIHI to break ground this week on 77 senior units in Tacoma

The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) and co-developer Asia Pacific Cultural Center (APCC) on Wednesday will celebrate the groundbreaking of Patsy Surh Place, a new affordable senior housing building at 711 S. 38th St. in Tacoma's Lincoln District.
