EvergreenHealth expansion plan gains momentum

The proposed new buildings haven’t yet entered design review.

Over in Totem Lake, EvergreenHealth has an expansion scheme gradually moving through permit process with the city of Kirkland. With NBBJ as its master planner, the hospital is preparing what it calls its strategic growth plan. The city recently issued a mitigated SEPA determination of non-significance for the proposal, submitted last year, which includes both demolition and new construction on the 37-acre campus at 12040 N.E. 128th St.
