400 Eastside units trade for $107M

The Carriages at Fairwood Downs, at 15030 S.E. 179th St. in the greater Renton area, recently sold for $107 million, according to King County records.

The seller was SE Carriages LLC, associated with Sequoia Equities, which acquired the property in December of 2016 for just under $98 million.
