Double-stacked warehouse rises at Port of Seattle's Terminal 106

The nearly 700,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center is being built on a site adjacent to Ash Grove’s cement plant on East Marginal Way.

General contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis is working on the roof for Trammell Crow Co.'s latest project in Seattle — a nearly 700,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center at the Port of Seattle's Terminal 106.
