SEATTLE — Two neighboring apartment buildings, at 701 E. Pike St. and 1420 Boylston Ave., recently sold for just over $10 million, according to King County records. The seller was Pike Street TPII LLC, which acquired the properties in 2014 for about $10 million.
The buyer, via two LLCs, was Cadence Real Estate.
