Another wrinkle at 1116 Alki

This project had been planned on six parcels; now three are for sale.

The developers of a 60-unit condo or apartment plan at 1116 Alki Ave. S.W. applied for a master use permit last September. Another round of design review had seemed likely this year for the project, designed by MZA Architecture. A master use permit did seem possible.
