Fire strikes nearly completed building with 20 Capitol Hill units

The fire last weekend ...

On Saturday of this past weekend, Seattle Fire Department extinguished a blaze at a Capitol Hill construction site. There, at 614 13th Ave. E., owner and builder The Dover LLC was nearing completion on a five-story, 20-unit apartment building.
