$15M land sale at Ten Trails

BLACK DIAMOND — At the ongoing Ten Trails development, most of which is single-family housing, King County recorded a $15 million land sale to Toll Brothers last week.

The seller was an LLC associated with master developer Oakpointe Communities, which has been steadily adding roads and utilities, then selling building sites to Toll, Lennar, Pulte and others.
