Amazon loans over $19M for 191 Rainier Valley units, all to be affordable

Nitze-Stagen announced last week a $19.1 million loan from Amazon's Housing Equity Fund, to help support the creation of 191 affordable units near Othello Station. Construction is anticipated to start in coming months for the eight-story apartment project at 4001 S. Willow St., dubbed Trace 4001.
