65 Fremont units have MUP, as sale or demo nears

There’s no sign of a builder or broker for the project.

The Fremont-area site sold 10 years ago to an LLC associated with EB-5 developer North America Asset Management Group. And, working with MZA Architecture, the master use permit came one year ago for the apartments planned at 106 N.W. 36th St. The proposal stands at six stories, 65 units and some commercial space at grade.
