Everett's over 1,600-unit Riverfront project likely to shed cinemas for pickleball

Looking south, the first two apartment buildings are now leasing.

Jan. 17 will mark the next public presentation for future phases at Riverfront. That's the sprawling 221-acre mixed-use development east of Intestate 5 and downtown Everett, on the west bank of the Snohomish River.
