$16M commercial sale in Lake Stevens

LAKE STEVENS, Snohomish County — A 76 gas station, car wash and mini-mart at 8011 20th St. S.E. in Lake Stevens sold late last month for almost $15.8 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was HIG SOF1 GS1 LLC, which had owned the land for decades — and then likely developed it.
