GLY Construction tops out U District Station Building

Perkins&Will designed the 12-story tower.

LPC West and its builder, GLY Construction, appear on track to complete their U District Station Building later this year. The crane is still up at 4328 Brooklyn Ave. N.E., but there's now also a man lift affixed to the building's west facade. The floor labeling confirms that the building has topped out: the last elevator stop is 13, the rooftop level of the 12-story office tower.
