MUP for 193 units in Columbia City may aid with sale

The project and its south companion are a little south of the Royal Room.

It was announced last fall that A&G Real Estate Partners and Onyx Asset Advisors were selling a national portfolio of multifamily projects, planned and under construction, associated with troubled developer StoryBuilt. They're the agents for a court-appointed receiver, Stapleton Group.
