38 Squire Park units open to renters

The new building is two blocks north of Pratt Park and East Yesler Way.

Kamiak Real Estate's 38-unit Southpaw, in the Squire Park area, received its temporary certificate of occupancy earlier this month. The leasing website is up and running for the four-story project at 162 19th Ave. One month of free rent is being offered as an incentive to renters.
