Lynnwood auto site sold for $22M

LYNNWOOD — A Jaguar and Land Rover dealership at 19904 Poplar Way in Lynnwood sold last week for $22 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Seattle Investment Properties LLC, associated with local investor and auto dealer Al Monjazeb, which acquired the property in 2006 for about $2.5 million.
