Cedars corner sells for nearly $4M

SEATTLE — The Cedars restaurant corner, at 4759 Brooklyn Ave. N.E., recently sold for a little over $3.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was an LLC associated with the Khan family, which acquired its longtime location in 2015 for about $1.5 million. The eatery has been there since 1975.
