Based in Toronto, Avison Young is an international real estate firm with little presence in our market. That's about to change.
The firm announced last week that it's now managing the retail assets of Madison Marquette. Prominent among them is downtown's Pacific Place, at 600 Pine St., which has struggled to rebound from the pandemic and prior shift away from brick-and-mortar retail.
