13 Queen Anne condos begin selling

The certificate of occupancy came last July for a 13-unit boutique condo project on Queen Anne Hill. Johnston Architects designed the five-story Fitzgerald, at 1406 Third Ave. W., which was built by R Miller. Not long thereafter, a condominium association was created, and it appeared that developer Build With Style Real Estate Investments would soon begin selling the new condos.
