Compass to build 139 Capitol Hill units, now with MUP in hand

No start date has been announced for the two-building, 139-unit Tanager apartments, planned on Capitol Hill. But Euclid Development and architect Board & Vellum now have their master use permit for 1314 E. Union St., which came last week.
