Bellwether opens Flourish on Rainier, with 182 affordable units

The 182-unit Flourish on Rainier affordable housing project has begun leasing. Rafn began work in 2021 on the two-building midrise project at 7930 Rainier Ave. S. , and the temporary certificate of occupancy came earlier this month. That's for the larger 136-unit west building. The 46-unit east building should soon have its TCO, too.
