The site is a reasonably short walk to Westwood Village and its transit center.

Plans are now fairly well advanced for a West Seattle SEDU project at 9059 16th Ave. S.W. You could call that the South Delridge area, or possibly Highland Park. Sound Development's corner site, at Southwest Barton Street, is a few blocks east of Westwood Village — a major bus hub, also with a QFC and other shops.
