Pickleball hotel planned in Interbay

The project is now the second pickleball proposal in that industrial area.

The Chick-fil-A plan didn't work out, so what's the logical best use for a bare development site at 1551 W. Armory Way in Interbay? Pickleball. Yes, more pickleball. And not just pickleball, but a pickleball hotel. Because nothing is more conducive to rest and relaxation than the constant thwacking of pickleball.
