Gibraltar Tower goes on the block

The building last traded for $6 million in 2005.

Bidding will begin on Feb. 13, then close two days later, for the auction of downtown's Gibraltar Tower, at 1518 Third Ave. Lee & Associates put the office and retail building on the market last summer, but evidently found no local buyers.
