MRN opens 51 Uptown units to renters

The midblock site is close to Climate Pledge Arena and all the neighborhood’s shops.

Construction began in the summer of 2021 for what's now the Verra apartments. That 51-unit project at 215 Queen Anne Ave. N. received its certificate of occupancy this month from the city, and is now open to renters. MRN Homes was the developer.
