Kamiak lands MUP for 119 First Hill units, with nearby project for sale

The new month begins with a master use permit, issued last week, for a First Hill apartment project being planned by Kamiak Real Estate. The eight-story, 119-unit Songbird apartments, at 119 12th Ave., will replace a half dozen old rental houses on the corner of East Fir Street. The site is a little south of Seattle University.
