Hudson Pacific has TCO for Washington 1000 office tower

This view looks west down Olive, with Summit at left. The apartment pad is hidden behind the new office tower.

The temporary certificate of occupancy came in December for Washington 1000, meaning that the brand-new office tower from Hudson Pacific Properties is on track for an official spring opening. Work began at 1000 Olive Way, above the Summit convention center loading docks, in the spring of 2022.
