Aegis prepares to open 136 units near U Village

The project is one of two that Aegis will officially open this spring.

A city-issued certificate of occupancy came late last month for Aegis Living Laurelhurst, at 3200 N.E. 45th St. That's at the Five Corners intersection, a little east of University Village, where the former home to Baskin-Robbins and other small businesses was redeveloped.
