Auto dealer buys Totem Lake site

KIRKLAND — As planned, auto dealer Lee Johnson has acquired a small parcel in Totem Lake, at 13400 N.E. 124th St. , thus completing the assemblage of a roughly 12-acre site where old industrial buildings are being renovated for car sales. Some new construction may also follow.

King County recently recorded the final $3 million sale. The seller was Tjossem and Bock LLC, which acquired the property in 1985 for $388,000. Brokers were not announced. For the land, the deal was worth about $196 per square foot.
