120 Crown Hill units planned

SEATTLE — The longtime family owners of a medical office building apparently intend to sell, and a prospective buyer has filed an apartment plan for 1407 N.W. 85th St.

The new seven-story, 120-unit proposal could be said to be in either Crown Hill or Whittier Heights. The corner, at 14th Avenue Northwest, is about a block east of the Safeway, opposite Wild Mountain Cafe.
