One Trent opens more apartment buildings in Bellingham and Tacoma

As the DJC reported last month, One Trent recently opened its 206-unit Hilite in the upper Rainier Valley, near Seattle Goodwill and walkable to the future Judkins Park Station. The developer recently announced that apartment building's debut, along with two other multifamily projects that have now opened in Bellingham and Tacoma. All three sites are in federally tax favored Opportunity Zones.
